Import CSV Contacts into Outlook 2013

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.

2. Select “People” and “File.”

3. Select “Open & Export.”

4. Select “Import/Export.”

5. Select “Import from another program or file” and “Next.”

6. Select “Comma Separated Values” and “Next.”

7. Select “Browse” and locate your CSV file.

8. Select the file and “OK” to return to the “Import a File” window. (“Open” changes to “OK” after selecting the file.)

9. Select the option for how you want Outlook to handle duplicates.

10. Select “Next.”

11. Leave the destination folder as “Contacts” and select “Next.”

12. Unless you want to make changes, select “Finish.”

Click Finish

You’ll see the Import and Export progress screen in Microsoft Outlook 2013. How long it takes depends on how many contacts you’re importing.
