Best Ways to Sync Windows Phone with Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Contacts

It’s true that — out-of-the-box — you can only sync Windows Phone with Outlook through the cloud at Outlook.com or Office365. But not everyone wants to switch to the cloud as it sacrifices privacy.

Sync Windows Phone with Outlook

Synchronization through Microsoft’s cloud sometimes breaks or doesn’t sync everything including a contact’s photo. This method can also burn up data usage, which can lead to an expensive phone bill.

Business people and Outlook power users need something that works 100 percent of the time. And the cloud isn’t it.

Akruto, Inc. founder George Tatar can relate. He keeps his entire life in Outlook calendar, contacts, tasks and notes. Naturally, he wanted to an automatic, private, and accurate way to sync Microsoft Outlook calendar and all with his new Windows Phone.

But he couldn’t find a solution that fit his requirements. He decided to do something about it and developed AkrutoSync Windows Phone Outlook software.

Windows Phone Outlook Sync Software That’s Easy to Install

In developing the software, George made sure it was easy to install. One customer wrote that IT illiterates could do it. All you have to do is install the software on a Windows PC. One user describes the process: “I followed the few steps in the easy to follow instructions, and it just worked.”

Once installed, you’re done. Just set it and forget it as Akruto do the rest. It will automatically sync Outlook with Windows Phone.

What AkrutoSync Outlook Sync Software Can Do for You

Here are some of the top features customers like about Akruto.

Uses device’s built-in apps.

Some Outlook sync software programs add their own calendar, contacts, notes and tasks apps to devices, which uses up space. Plus, you’d have two of everything because most devices won’t let you delete the original apps.

Syncs all events.

Whether you add, update or delete an item on your phone, tablet, Windows PC or all of the above, everything stays in sync. Sometimes you need to refer to an old event or look ahead. Some Outlook sync software only sync two weeks or three months of data. Akruto syncs all past and future events. No limits.

Protects your privacy.

We also value your privacy as much as ours. Because of this, Akruto directly syncs your devices over a Wi-Fi network or the Internet (using your data plan) through a secure, encrypted connection.

Syncs completely including large entries.

Like to enter long notes? Some apps that sync Outlook with Windows Phone cut off notes and other data. We’ve tested Akruto’s power by entering all of Shakespeare’s sonnets into a note. It transfers completely and accurately. Like we said, George keeps his entire life in Outlook and nothing is ever missing.

Syncs two-way.

AkrutoSync offers two-way sync between Outlook on your Windows PC and all your devices. Your Microsoft Outlook calendar, contacts, tasks and notes show up in your Windows Phone’s built-in apps.

Sync Outlook with Windows Phone and Other Devices

According to Deloitte’s annual “Digital Democracy Survey,” 37 percent of Americans own three devices: a laptop, smartphone and tablet. There’s actually a neat name for this: digital omnivores.

So chances are you may have other devices besides the Windows Phone you want to sync with Outlook. You can sync Outlook with Android, iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Windows Phone. And you can sync to all the mobile devices you want with just one license.

We want you to be sure AkrutoSync meets your needs. So you can test drive AkrutoSync free for seven days — the full version, the whole shebang. Give it a try to see how it can sync Windows Phone with Outlook. Go ahead and create a long note and watch the Outlook note sync with Windows Phone completely.

If you like Akruto, pay a one-time fee of $39.95 and enter the registration code we send you. That’s it. No need to do anything else.

I have a Windows 10 laptop and Android Galaxy 7. I use Outlook 365 for hosting and for easy file backup BUT I continue to use desktop outlook for my notes, tasks, calendar and contacts because our internet speed is so slow I cant stand the delay when trying to use OneNote for notes. The problem is it doesn’t sync my notes and tasks which I use all day everyday. Is Akrut going to cause problems if I try to use it to sync between the two devices given my setup?

Sorry, is Windows Phone part of your setup? Since you are commenting under a Windows Phone article, but say that you are using an Android phone, I’d like to better understand your setup to give you an informed answer.
