Hi, I am currently test driving the 7 day trial and like Akruto. I have three computers that I use (PC, Laptop, Tablet) which I want all to sync to my Priv. Do I have to buy three licences or would one (since I am one user only) do the job?

I also want to know if I were to change my PC (upgrade it etc) can I simply transfer the licence from old to new or would that mean I need to buy a licence again?

Lastly, If I configure it for Wifi sync, can I at a later stage change it to sync via Internet without incurring a new licence?

    many thanks

    Hi Arno!
That’s a great question! Three questions, actually.

You can sync the laptop, tablet and your priv to one PC. So long as both main pc and laptop have Outlook 2013 or 2016 installed on them, they should be able to communicate with each other using AkrutoSync.
So, you need to install AkrutoSync only on one PC, which requires one license.

That will depend on which license you’ll purchase. The Basic package is a one time payment package and is locked to one desktop or laptop only. The Subscription package on the other hand has a monthly payment scheme. The best thing in having the Subscription package is that the license would be transferable to a new/different desktop or laptop.

Yes, you can change between sync over Wi-Fi or the Internet any time without the need of having a new license. However, if you do this please make sure that the Outlook program on your computer has the most up to date data just to make sure that you won’t loose any important data.

    Thanks and best regards,

Thank you Paul for the answers.

Whilst testing Akruto, got another one for you.

I use the wifi sync bridge and notice that it does not sync the tag that shows if an email had already been read/opened i.e. in outlook I open an dread my mail and on the slave machine it still shows as unopened. Is that a bug or did I not set something up correctly?

    thanks again.

    Arno
