Sync Getting Slower and Slower

I’ve been running Akruto Sync on the same PC for several years. During that time I’ve synced a Windows Phone, Windows tablet, and 4 Android phones. ALL of those devices are still listed in the ‘Select Device/App’ screen, and the data files are getting huge. The log file is over 600 MB.

This appears to be affecting performance. Syncs take several minutes and usually hang up, requiring a restart on the phone. Navigating between screens on the Windows program can take a minute or more. Is there a way to compact the data files and/or eliminate some of the unused devices and their history? Or should I remove and reinstall the program, clear the calendar and contacts on the phone, and start over?
