GuestI’ve installed a new version of Outlook and want to sync it with my iPhone. The problem is that I can’t find a way to transfer contacts from my iPhone contacts app to my desktop Outlook. Seems that iTunes can’t do that. Can I use Akruto to transfer contacts from my smartphone to Outlook?
Thanks!ModeratorHi Janve23,
The initial sync for contacts when you use AkrutoSync is from Outlook on the computer to an iPhone not the other way around. The sync method that you intend will not be possible with AkrutoSync for the initial sync since the root source of the data file is Outlook on the computer.
You may try this method to transfer Outlook contacts from your iPhone: https://www.akruto.com/backup-phone-contacts-calendar/icloud-contacts-to-outlook/
Then import the saved file to Outlook using this: https://www.akruto.com/backup-phone-contacts-calendar/import-csv-contacts-to-outlook-2013/For Frequently Asked Questions: https://www.akruto.com/f-a-q/
