Sync Outlook Contacts, Calendars, Notes and Tasks with iPhone 8

This year’s iPhone is proven to be the fastest and most technologically advanced device on the market. Despite its tech specs and new iOS features, iPhone 8 users still have only a few options to sync with Outlook. You can sync Outlook with iPhone 8 by using iTunes or iCloud. But neither of these ways are 100% safe from data breaches, reliable, and automatic. However, if automatic and secure syncing of iPhone 8 with Outlook contacts or calendar led you to this guide, we have a solution!

How to Sync Outlook Calendar with iPhone 8

Syncing your Outlook contacts with the contacts app of iPhone 8 is easy with AkrutoSync. To begin syncing, install AkrutoSync on your PC where Outlook is installed. In the AkrutoSync interface, click on Configure AkrutoSync and choose the type of connection you want to use: Wi-Fi or Internet. We recommend using the Wi-Fi option as it’s a bit easier to set up.

On the next screen, you’ll be asked to specify the type the device you are trying to connect with Outlook. Choose iPhone and click on Continue. This ensures you get the correct instructions for the remaining steps.

In the next step, select the Contacts folder. Ensure that your PC and iPhone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. AkrutoSync will then guide you through creating and adding an account to your iPhone, which is necessary for data transfer. After this, all of your contacts will be synced between PC and smartphone.

Fast Syncing of iPhone 8 with Outlook Calendar Events

Syncing Outlook calendar automatically can be complicated, but not with AkrutoSync. To sync calendar events between iPhone 8 and Outlook, start AkrutoSync and go through the setting up process until you are asked to choose the type of data you want to synchronize with Outlook. Choose the proper calendar folder and follow the remaining steps illustrated in the AkrutoSync interface to create and add an Exchange account on your iPhone 8. It is a simple and straightforward process that should not take more than 3 minutes. After the setup is complete, AkrutoSync will transfer all past and current calendar events to the calendar app of your iPhone 8, and all future changes from any device will sync automatically.

Transfer and Sync Outlook Tasks with the iPhone 8 Native Tasks App

Syncing Outlook Tasks works the same as syncing calendar events or contacts. After the initial setup and adding the Exchange account ton your iPhone 8, all tasks from your desktop Outlook will be transferred to the native iPhone’s tasks app. The syncing process takes less than a minute. After this, any task added on the first device will be automatically transferred to the other. This means you don’t have to worry about partially-synced data or pressing anything each time you add another task (e.g., iTunes).

Syncing Outlook Notes with iPhone 8 Tasks

Most people don’t sync Outlook Notes with iPhone 8 on a regular basis. However, there are situations when manually transferring notes from Outlook to iPhone 8 can be time-consuming. iTunes and iCloud no longer support syncing Outlook notes because of the changed algorithms. That’s why people who need to transfer their notes to iPhone 8 struggle with this problem.

AkrutoSync is the only solution on the market that provides cloud-free, SSL-encrypted, automatic and reliable syncing for Outlook Notes with native iPhone notes app. Just go through the syncing steps described above, and illustrated in the video tutorial, and AkrutoSync will sync all of your notes across all connected devices.
