Akruto, Inc. Press Release

Newton, Mass. August 4, 2015 – Akruto, Inc. — developers of AkrutoSync™, Windows® PC software that syncs Outlook Calendars, Contacts, Tasks, and Notes across unlimited mobile devices — announces the introduction of a new subscription-based pricing option for customers. The software company has implemented a $2.99 per month subscription to accommodate the preferences of its fast growing customer base.

According to the 2015 Consumer Study from King Retail Solutions, subscription pricing is a growing trend. The study has found that one out of five consumers signed up for an ongoing subscription for the cost savings and convenience.

“Customers had been asking about subscription-based pricing,” says George Tatar, founder and CEO of Akruto, Inc. “After talking to customers and doing research, we decided to fulfill customers’ requests for subscription pricing. They still have the option to choose one-time pricing. We kept the one-time price because an equal amount of consumers supported one option or the other.”

Both payment options — subscription and one-time fee — include free 24/7 tech support, reachable at support(at)akruto(dot)com. If they subscribe after the trial period ends, they’ll be able to continue using the software as before. They will not need to re-install or reconfigure the software. As soon as they subscribe, Akruto begins to sync Outlook with compatible devices, transferring all updates since the last sync.

With AkrutoSync, devices connect directly to the user’s computer over an SSL-encrypted Wi-Fi or Internet connection. The customer’s data isn’t shared with cloud services or Akruto. As long as the computer is connected to the network and subscription current, this setup automatically and continuously syncs Contacts, Calendar, Tasks (Reminders on iPhone), and Notes while ensuring privacy.

Akruto syncs Outlook data with synced devices’ built-in Calendar and Contacts apps. After following step-by-step instructions to install the software, users can see all their information on their device’s calendar and contacts apps. They can add, change, and delete items as usual. AkrutoSync will continuously ensure Outlook PC and all devices are updated.

In the event someone deletes an event or contact’s phone number, AkrutoSync has a sync history feature to make sure nothing is ever lost whether intentional or not. Users can review all changes and restore as needed.

Customers can try the full feature set of AkrutoSync free for seven days before subscribing. They can get Akruto from https://www.akruto.com/get-akruto-sync/. Whether customer opt for the one-time payment or monthly subscription, both support a single PC and unlimited use with iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Windows Phone, Windows Surface, and Android devices and tablets.
