After upgrading from Note 8 to S23 Ultra Lost Calendar and contacts from Outlook

I upgraded my phone from a Note 8 to S23 Ultra and successfully restored all the data to the new phone with Smart Switch.
All my contacts and calendar events appear on my phone. But somehow were removed from Outlook by Akrutosync.
If I add a new calendar event or contact to my phone it does sync back to Outlook. The newly added contacts seem to be populating multiple times in Outlook. At this point, I need help figuring out how to get my calendar events and contacts that are on my new phone to sync back to Outlook.
Notes are syncing well as far as I can tell. I’m not syncing tasks.
