Hi There, I have been using Akruto and to sync with Outlook for a number of years and have always been very happy. However, lately, I have encountered a problem where I get an authentication request from Akrutosync and, when I enter my Outlook password, Outlook stops working and gives me an error that my Outlook profile has been damaged or corrupted. Do you have any idea why this is happening now?

• The error message that you are getting.
• AkrutoSync main window.It will also help us if you can provide the exact make and model of your phone, the Outlook and Windows version (Win 7,8 or 10) installed on your computer.
