Blackberry PrivWhen attempting to sync AKRUTO Notes , the following error is displayed:

protocol=http/1.1} (recycle count=0) (erigault@192.168.2.22)I am well aware of the discrepancy between the PC IP 192.168.2.13
and the account name erigault@192.168.2.22: my wife got a PC upgrade
with a different IP and the account name on the BB remained the same
but the IP was changed.In any case, if you reference the log file, you see that there appears to be a database error:

Thank you for contacting us. The best thing would be to contact support by email and send them the log file. To find the log file, please click the “Open Data Directory” link in AkrutoSync. In the folder that opens, find the file akruto.log (sometimes shown as just “akruto”), right-click on it and select Send To -> Compressed (zipped) Folder. This will create a file akruto.zip. Please send it to Akruto support and also include the details you included above. I am sure we can help you.
