Good morning,
I installed AkrutoSync and I started using it as a final paid version on the last monday. (Sept. 19th). I synced and connected very easily my Windows Phone LUMIA XL equipped with a Win Phone 10.
On the very next day when I started at night my laptop, Windows has COMPLETELY Changed.
– Wallpaper screen changed.
– Softwares shortcuts deleted.
– Outlook 2013 REBOOTED
I lost all my professional contacts saved on Outlook and my professional agenda.
– Partitions shared from my workplace Server shortcuts deleted. (Now I can’t work anymore using my Laptop)I think that AkrutoSync has stopped or managed or interferred with updates on Windows 7 Pro and somehow a lot of features of my Windows 7 Pro has changed.
I don’t know what to do, and how to come back to a previous saving point since I have never made one.
What is sure, is that all these changes occured since I installed AkrutoSync on my laptop.Please help me out.

Thank you for choosing AkrutoSync for syncing with your phone. I am sorry about the problems you are seeing with Windows. I know this is very frustrating, so I decided to respond personally. I am the author of AkrutoSync.
AkrutoSync is just an app. It does not change anything in the Windows OS, change desktop shortcuts (except that it adds its own shortcut) or change desktop wallpaper. It does not change any features of Windows. It’s just an app.
From what you have described, you will need help from an IT professional who fixes computer problems for a living. This person should be able to tell you the real cause of this problem (it won’t be AkrutoSync) and clean up your computer.
