GuestSince the latest update of Akrutosync to 5.2.37 my phone will not sync anything. I have to force a sync. I changed my sync times and waited and it still won’t sync unless i force it.

Please try this:
Close AkrutoSync and close your Outlook then restart your computer. Restart your phone as well.
After the restart, make sure that both of your computer and phone are connected to the same network.Open your Outlook first and wait for 5 minutes before opening AkrutoSync. Enter a test contact or calendar from the phone or Outlook on your computer and check if it will sync automatically.
