I am in the US. My security software has advised me Akruto is trying to connect to an unknown IP in Germany. Why is this happening?
Hello, Sue. Thank you for contacting us. The most likely reason you are receiving this message is that someone is trying to connect to your computer from that IP address, not Akruto connecting to it. Please contact our support with more detail (exact text of the message or a screenshot from your security software would be helpful).
