AkrutoSync appears to be the cause of my Windows 10 computer waking from sleep mode immediately after i put it in sleep mode. Any others had this problem? Solution?June 5, 2017 at 2:41 pmModerator
Please send us the log file for troubleshooting. To get to the log file, click the “Open Data Directory” link in AkrutoSync. In the window that opens, find the file akruto.log (sometimes shown as just “Akruto”) and email it as an attachment. Please compress (zip) the file before sending.
The log file contains all the processes that AkrutoSync executes for sync to occur. The log file will include the name of your Outlook profiles and Outlook folders, but we can assure you that no Outlook data and information for contacts, calendar, tasks and notes can be seen or extracted from the log file.
Send the log file via email to email@example.com
On the title and on the body of your email please explain why you sent the log file.
