GuestWhen I create a calendar item in outlook 2013, it appears on my phone calendar. 15 minutes before start time I DO NOT get a notification and no visual indicators at top right nor on calendar icon on my phone; I DO get notification in outlook
If I create the calendar item on my phone, it shows up in outlook. I DO get notification on my phone 15 minutes before start time and in outlook.
Hence I miss appointments!
My tasks are almost always created in outlook, they show up on my phone and I DO get notification on my phone.
I can’t remember if it ever worked correctly, but I think it did. In the beginning I didn’t miss appointments.

ThanksModeratorHi Julie,
It is possible that there is a setting in Outlook that does not show up the notification.
Can you send us a screenshot of your Outlook calendar creation screen so we can check?
Alternatively, send us an email support@akruto.com so we can better assist you.
Regards,
Brian Tanjulie
GuestI replied to support@akruto.com with screen shot of new calendar item in outlook. Any update?

GuestThis is a known bug on the BlackBerry Key2. I have reported it to BlackBerry. You may have the same issue with the Priv.
A workaround I am using…download aCalendar app for audible/visible alerts for appointments created in Outlook. You can still use the native calendar normally.
