GuestHi…
I have been using Akruto for several years without difficulty. Suddenly, today it will not sync my calendar in either direction. After an hour or two of fiddling, I found that if I go to the Exchange Server Settings in the phone, and click “Done” without making any changes, I get the message “Unable to set up account. Unable to connect to server.” The last successful sync was this morning at 5:53 AM.
I am running Windows 10 on my Dell laptop and have been doing so for over a year with no problems.
I am also running Norton Security Suite. The Security History shows a great many “Unauthorized Access Blocked. (Access Process Data)” activities both before and after the last successful sync.
Any ideas on how to get Akruto to start syncing again? To the best of my knowledge, there were no changes in any settings that should influence this communication.
Many thanks,
CharlieCharlie
GuestOh… I should have mentioned, I am running Outlook 2013, version 15.0.4875.1000. My phone is a Samsung SM-G900V, running Android version 6.0.1.
Thanks for reading…
