    I WOULD LIKE TO PREVENT SYNCING WHEN USING PHONE COMPANY CONNECTION

    Hi Jimmy,

    Sync over the Internet can only sync when the phone is connected to a 4G / LTE / 4G LTE mobile data/cellular data signal only (Wi-Fi is OFF on the phone when syncing). It is Sync over home network that uses Wi-Fi on the phone to sync.
