GuestI have tried everything to connect my Mate 10 Pro to my W7 PC – not happening. I tried an alternative piece of software and managed to connect OK. Unfortunately it didn’t have the functionality I require.
I have a licenced copy of Akruto Sync and have been using it quite happily with previous mobiles.
I have emailed support 3 times as advised by the software, using the email link provided and attaching the requisite log files. This goes back weeks.
So far – deafening silence.
Bearing in mind that I have been using Akruto for a long time and have successfully connected several different mobiles and I have done all the usual things without success – anybody out there know of any tips or clues?ModeratorHello Peter,

– Are you having problems with the setup process? If so, which part?
– What sync type are you trying to set up for your Mate 10 Pro and Windows 7 PC? (Sync over Home Network or Sync over the Internet)If possible, please take a screenshot of AkrutoSync window and send it via email to support@akruto.com
