    On the trial version when selecting what to sync it does not find a profile. Outlook 2016 opens fine. When I select “open data directory” it’s trying to open a data file under my administrator account home, not my user (non-administrator) account, which it can’t access. I also tried to run the sync engine as administrator with the same results. Does this software work if I use a “regular” account under Windows 10?

    Thank you for choosing AkrutoSync,

    Please reboot your computer, and then use Task Manager to see what user AkrutoSync is running as (after a reboot). Here is how to use the task manager. Press Ctrl-Shift-Esc to open the Task Manager. Click the “More Details” button. Then click on the Processes tab. Find AkrutoSync in the list and check what user it is running as. If it is not the same user that uses Outlook that would be the reason why AkrutoSync is not finding your Outlook profile.
