Akrutosync give me the message
Can’t load outlook configurations
Winfows 10 with outlook 2016, all updated, all perfectly working. No password no crypto. rebooted two times.
it’s not a good start….but I like to try it.

AkrutoSync is having trouble in accessing your Outlook folders.
We need to check and make sure that there is nothing strange in your Outlook configuration.
1. Do you have multiple copies of Outlook? Perhaps maybe a trial version was installed on your computer that you haven’t been aware of when you first bought it? Please check if you have other installations/versions of Outlook on your computer.2. Please OPEN Outlook, and then restart AkrutoSync, do you still see the error message?
3. Please CLOSE Outlook, and then restart AkrutoSync, do you still see the error message?
