After installing AkrutoSync and trying to make the initial setup it gets stuck in a Loading state (see screenshot). How should we proceed? There is only one installation of Office. The backup PST files are quite big, but we have literally waited hours.

Please click “Open Data Directory” in AkrutoSync window and look for “config” file. Open that file and change the value of ” folder.list.timeout=10 ” to ” folder.list.timeout=120 “. Quit AkrutoSync after and open it again then check if the issue will still be the same.
