Changing ports 80 and 443

Hello,
I’ve been having trouble on my Windows PC. I’m using XAMPP, which is a local web server. It uses ports 80 and 443. I’ve tried changing them, but this results in lots of problems with the test sites I’m employing there. I even switched to a paid alternative, but it has the same issues.
My only remaining option, is to change the port numbers in AkrutoSync.
How can I do that? And if it is not possible, then by all means, consider this a feature request.
