I am at wits end trying to install AkrutoSync on my wife’s iPhone, since the online instructions do not remotely match what really happens during the process. I am trying to reach Akrutosync via their chat site but it keeps saying “not available now.” Sent an email but no response. They also do not publish a phone number.

Does this company till exist. Is, how do I contact them?

Any suggestions appreciated

Same experience with me. All setup instructions completely outdated and no email response!!!! Either they are not existing anymore or they do not know what customers service means!

I have been using your software for over a year now without too much issue, but your last two updates have caused synching to stop working.

I have a Samsung S7 Edge and nothing I am trying has worked. I removed from my phone to try to add it back on and now it is saying the server is invalid.

What do I do?
