I had been working with Customer Support regarding syncing issues with Outlook 2019 using my computer and iPhone16 Pro. The last response from Customer Service was December 14. I’ve sent emails to Customer Support but have not received any response since the 14th. Does anyone know what’s happening at akruto.com?

I sent a screenshot (as requested bu Akruto support) on Sunday and have not received a reply.

Please check your Spam folder (which is where you indicated my email request for support have gone) and fix your problem there.

I look forward to resolving my syncing issues that have been ongoing since installation (December 10).

not trying to highjack your thread but I have a simular situation in the respect of support.
I have tried three times to get an answer to my question, which is:

My Akruto popped up a message it couldn’t sync due to IP address change.
However, sync does perform. I just added a note from iPhone and it transmitted to my outlook, and just added another note from Outlook and it transmitted to my iPhone.
But the error message is still up in Akruto. Not sure what to do next.
All input is welcome. Thank you, Michael

    Hello,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

AkrutoSync relies on your computer’s IP address where it was setup in order to transfer data between your computer and your phone. When your computer’s IP address changes (Usually when you change location or network), AkrutoSync detects the change and guides you through a re-configuration process.

All you have to do is click on the link in the AkrutoSync window that says “Click here to configure new address” on your PC to change the password and then modify the account on the phone under “Server Settings” to reflect the new IP and new password.
    You will have two steps:
    1. is to change your password
    2. Go to the Exchange account you created for Akruto on your phone and update the password and the IP address. This should restore the sync without you having to start over.

Your router has so many addresses that it can give to a device (Desktop PC, Laptop PC, Smart Phone, Gaming Console). So when your computer is offline or turned off and another device connects to your router it re-uses your IP address and then assigns your computer a new IP address.

Also, if your IP address changes frequently, you may want to configure your router to always give your computer the same address. To do this, point your web browser to your router, log in and look for an option called “DHCP reservation” or “Address reservation”. Note that this is not required in order to use AkrutoSync.
