GuestI had been working with Customer Support regarding syncing issues with Outlook 2019 using my computer and iPhone16 Pro. The last response from Customer Service was December 14. I’ve sent emails to Customer Support but have not received any response since the 14th. Does anyone know what’s happening at akruto.com?

GuestI sent a screenshot (as requested bu Akruto support) on Sunday and have not received a reply.
Please check your Spam folder (which is where you indicated my email request for support have gone) and fix your problem there.
I look forward to resolving my syncing issues that have been ongoing since installation (December 10).
