Galaxy S7 – Change original setup

I set up my phone with Akrutosync a couple of years ago, but I did it myself. I should have used the remote installation option. I ended up with two accounts, just as the instructions caution. Is it possible for me to pay for the remote setup now and have Akrutosync redo the setup without losing data?
