GuestImpossible to configure Akruto Sync (5.2.30) on Windows 10 & Outlook 2016:
AkrutoGetConfig /timeout 10 /getprofile never ends
so on web form ‘Select what to sync’ remain in Loading state
Any idea how to solve?

Could you please do the following:
Open Control Panel on your Windows 10 laptop. If you do not know how to – please use this guide: http://www.digitalcitizen.life/8-ways-start-control-panel-windows-10
Once you are in Control Panel – on the top right – View by: Small icons – once the icons are alphabetically listed – tell us how many icon/s for Mail and what is/are the name/s of the Mail icon/s
Could you please take a screenshot showing the Mail icon in Control Panel and send it to us.Open Programs and Features. If you do not know how to, please use this guide: https://www.isunshare.com/windows-10/5-ways-to-open-programs-and-features-in-windows-10.html
Make sure the programs are alphabetically listed. Check how many Microsoft Office listed and if there is/are separate Outlook program/s.
