    Impossible to configure Akruto Sync (5.2.30) on Windows 10 & Outlook 2016:

    AkrutoGetConfig /timeout 10 /getprofile never ends

    so on web form ‘Select what to sync’ remain in Loading state

    Any idea how to solve?

    Thank you for the details on your post. Please send the following via email to support@akruto.com
    Could you please do the following:
    Open Control Panel on your Windows 10 laptop. If you do not know how to – please use this guide: http://www.digitalcitizen.life/8-ways-start-control-panel-windows-10
    Once you are in Control Panel – on the top right – View by: Small icons – once the icons are alphabetically listed – tell us how many icon/s for Mail and what is/are the name/s of the Mail icon/s
    Could you please take a screenshot showing the Mail icon in Control Panel and send it to us.

    Open Programs and Features. If you do not know how to, please use this guide: https://www.isunshare.com/windows-10/5-ways-to-open-programs-and-features-in-windows-10.html
    Make sure the programs are alphabetically listed. Check how many Microsoft Office listed and if there is/are separate Outlook program/s.
    Could you please take a screenshot showing the MS Office program/s and send it to us.
