I have tried and tried to follow the instructions for my Note 5 so that I don’t have to Delete Microsoft Exchange and redo it with Akruto because the 192.168.2.xx number keeps changing. This is very annoying. Does anyone have any helpful advise, I’m not real literate on this stuff so step by step would help.

Thanks to anyone that can help me!

    HI Linda,

    Thank you for choosing AkrutoSync.

To update the current server address on your Note 5
    – Go to All Apps
    – Tap on Email
    – Tap on More -> Settings
    – Tap on the AkrutoSync exchange account
    – Scroll down and tap on Exchange Server Settings
    – Update the password and the Exchange server with the password you just created and the server address displayed in Akruto

if your IP address changes frequently, you may want to configure your router to always give your computer the same address. To do this, point your web browser to your router, log in and look for an option called “DHCP reservation” or “Address reservation”. Note that this is not required in order to use AkrutoSync. Please send us an email at support@akruto.com so we can send you an attached general guide on how to do this.

    Regards,
    Brian Tan
