How to CLOSE (not minimize) when I close

Hello, Recently I did an update and it broke something with Arkuto. Now, whenever I CLOSE the program, instead it minimizes to the system tray. I do not want this – I want it to close. This seems to have only changed when I recently accepted an update. Because of the way I charge my phone overnight, leaving it on and sitting on a wireless Qi charger, when Akruto is running minimized my phone drains overnight rather than charging. I can’t seem to find where to fix this setting. Thanks.
