I have been using Samsung Galaxy S7 for a year but with 2000+ items each of Contacts, Calander and Emails Samsungs Smart Switch took 4h+ to Sync and finally stopped working. Samsung Support had no solution.
After some initial start-up challenges (probably due to me) I got AkrutoSync working.
IT IS GREAT!!! I will tell anyone with Samsung phones to use AkrutoSync as it is much much faster and more reliable it seems

May I know the type of sync you are trying to setup with Akruto? Is it Sync over home network or Sync over the internet? Please let us know the make and model of your phone and if possible provide us a screenshot of your AkrutoSync window so we would know the step you are currently in.
