How to sync Sony Xperia Z5 with Outlook for contacts transfer only?

Hi there,
I’m thinking about syncing Outlook with Sony Xperia Z5 to have contacts automatically transferred from my smartphone to my Outlook list. I mean I’d like to add contacts to my Outlook for business also when I am not near PC and use my phone for that. Other Outlook functionality is not necessarily needed to be on my smartphone.
