Have a One M( which has synced phone/outlook without until I updated the phone to the latest software. Syncing has now stopped and an error message appears on the phone “Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly”. This has been the case for 3 days so I suspect that ‘back shortly’ is no time soon. Ideas?
The error message you are getting is an app permission error. A setting on your phone is preventing the sync to start. We suggest sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can send you a guide on how to fix this.
