    Getting Incorrect User name or password

    So how do I fix it?

    Hi Ann

    May we know if you are syncing with multiple devices with your computer?

    Please click “Configure AkrutoSync” and select “Change Password” in the bottom part then follow the on-screen instructions. Edit the password value in the Exchange server settings on your phone and save the changes.
