    Set up completed ok. All my contacts then imported from Outlook into phone. All changes/appointments made in Outlook sync successfully to the phone but any appointment or new contact added/contact changed on phone does not sync through to Outlook. All sync options ticked on phone.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Stuart,

    Thank you for choosing AkrutoSync.

    The phone can have many accounts such as Google or others. When you add something from the phone, you need to make sure you are saving it to the AkrutoSync account. Only items saved under the AkrutoSync account can sync back into Outlook. To do this, when adding an appointment, please go through every field. One of them will give you the option to pick the account you want the event to be saved to, choose to save that appointment in the account you created for Akruto. Once you sync, you will then see the item in Outlook.

    Thank you for your reply. I found I could now sync calendar using your suggestion but still only one-way contact syncing (there was no option to add the contact to the AkrutoSync account; the only options being phone, SIM or Gmail. I then realised on my LG5 (Android 6.0.1 – Marshmallow) I have two options for ‘Exchange’. The one I had used was called simply ‘Exchange’ and it defaults to the ‘M’ icon as per your Android 5.0 instructions. I then noticed one called ‘Microsoft Exchange’ which has an M/soft style icon. So I removed the ‘Exchange’ account I had created and created an account as a ‘Microsoft Exchange’ account using the AkrutoSync credentials. It now seems to work both ways for both Contacts and Calendar!

    The sync worked well once. It gave my boss all of his appointments and contacts for one month and then just do not work anymore. The Tablet is an LG and sees the certificate from here as a security threat. please advise.
