I am sorry that you encountered a problem with syncing. The lost data can be restored from AkrutoSync’s Synchronization History. Please open AkrutoSync on your computer then click on Synchronization History. Change the type box to Contacts and check if you see the missing data. You can do the same for Calendar (Change the type box to Calendar).
Once you verify, please send an email to support@akruto.com and attach a screenshot of what you see so we can check and proceed with the troubleshooting.
