    In case my smartphone is not connected to the cellular network, will it display all contacts from my desktop running Outlook?

    Dipende da come sono configurati i tuoi contatti. Se il tuo smartphone è sincronizzato con lo stesso account che usi in Outlook sul desktop (ad esempio, tramite Exchange, Microsoft 365 o un altro servizio cloud), i tuoi contatti vengono archiviati online e salvati anche localmente sul telefono dopo la sincronizzazione. In tal caso, anche senza una connessione cellulare, dovresti comunque visualizzare tutti i contatti sincronizzati in precedenza.
