I am a new user of Akruto… I have a Samsung Note 4 running Android Marshmallow OS. I am syncing to Outlook 2016 on my laptop. My issue? The Akruto window never closes and sits at the bottom of my screen along with other windows I have open. As I’m not using it, it is an annoyance. Imagine if every application running in the background occupied an open window? Am I doing something wrong? Please advise.

    Hi Thom,

AkrutoSync will not function if it is in the background only. If you are not using it, right-click its icon on the taskbar and select ‘Quit AkrutoSync’ – so that it will be closed. Same process if you right-click its icon in the System Tray.
