My Pc Can recceive tasks but can not send outlook tasks to my phone.

Hi;

I am using AkrutoSync for more than one years.
my phone is note 3
Last nigth my s note tasks all gone on my phone . I could not understand the reason. But they are already on my outlook.

I start akrutosync. akruto can see the tasks on ” what to sync ” box ı choose the tasks and sync profile to outlook.

I try to sync several times but my phone can not receive tasks but can receive calender active. My Pc can receive all prom my phone.

How can my phone receive tasks from my pc.
