    I HAVE BEEN SYNCING MY DESKTOP AND SAMSUNG 2O NOTE FOR SOME TIME. I HAVE A NEW 24 ULTA. I CANNOT GET THE TWO TO COMMUNICATE. I GO THROUGH THE PROCESS HOWEVER IT IS NOT CONNECTING TO THE SERVER.

    “COULD NOT VERIFY ACCOUNT. COULD NOT CONNECT TO YOUR ACCOUNT. CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT AND SERVER INFORMATION THEN TRY AGAIN.”

    Hello,

    If you are having issues setting up the Exchange account on your phone then follow the instructions below

    On your phone:
    1. Tap on Settings
    2. Tap on Accounts
    3. Tap on Add Account
    4. Tap on Exchange
    5. Type in the email address shown in AkrutoSync.
    6. Tap on Manual Setup. (This is important)
    7. Type in the password you just created
    8. Change Security Type to SSL/TLS (Accept All Certificates)
    Note: You can find this option at the very bottom of the Exchange account creation screen. SSL/TLS (Accept All Certificates) is a different option from SSL/TLS.

    9. Tap on next.
