GuestI purchases 2 copies of Akruto roughly about a year ago to sync my two Samsung phones with their respective copies of Outlook. The S4 was to sync with Outlook 2013 and the S5 Active was to sync with it’ associated Outlook 2013. After wrestling with these two copies, I was able to get the sync up and running on both. But then the games began. When my AT&T was replaced due to a technical problem, the new modem came with a different IP and as a consequence, the Akruto had to be reinstalled on both… at great difficulty. After still another modem blew out, I dropped AT&T and switched to Comcast… with still another IP. But now Akruto doesn’t even recognize Outlook on the computer being synced with the S4 and doesn’t know what it’s doing with the S5. I removed Akruto from both computers and am in the process of testing other sync software.

GuestI am sorry about the bad experience you had. Dealing with a bad router, switching your Internet provider and having to set up your home network – twice – is frustrating enough. Sometimes just changing your Internet provider is frustrating on its own.
Unfortunately, after such a big change to your home network you do need to re-do AkrutoSync setup, so that AkrutoSync knows about your new network and can use your new network to sync. We realize that this is an additional task that is better avoided. Hopefully, your new Internet provider works out better for you and you don’t have to deal with this again.
We recognize that sometimes you may need additional assistance. Our support is always happy to assist.
