Follow the instruction below:
1. Reboot your computer.
2. Make sure AkrutoSync is not running. (You can quit AkrutoSync in the system tray)
3. Open your Outlook first and wait for few minutes.
4. Import the Contacts and Calendar again.
If the issue still persist, please take a screenshot of the error message (if it has any) that you are getting and send it via email to support@akruto.com for further troubleshooting.
