GuestAkrutoSync has been working fine since at least 11/28/2016 on my Blackberry Priv, syncing my Outlook Calendar ONLY. It appears to be working now, saying the calendar has been synced, but no updates have downloaded to my phone recently. I verified that all the configuration data “appears to be correct”. The log file IS available.
What do you suggest? Thanks in advance.
ModeratorHi Harold,
Thank you for using AkrutoSync. I’m sorry that you are having this problem. We strive to give our users a quick and seamless sync solution, and the trouble you are having is not what we want our customers to have to experience.
May I know the type of sync you were able to setup with Akruto? Is it Sync over home network or Sync over the internet?
On your phone, go to “Settings”, then “accounts”, then “Microsoft Exchange” or “Corporate”. Touch the account you created for AkrutoSync. Tap on the 3 vertical dots- > Touch “sync now”.
Does it show “Last Sync (Date/Time)” or does it show you “Sync is experiencing a problem”?
If possible, please take a screenshot of the AkrutoSync main window and send it via email to support@akruto.com for checking.

GuestThank you for your response.
1. I have been syncing Windows XP Outlook 2010 Calendar data over a home network (single router).
2. Yes, it shows the current date and time as the last sync time and appears to have been successful. However no changes have been synced in either direction.
3. I am sending a screenshot of the AkrutoSync Main Window as requested.Harold

GuestHow embarrassing!!! As soon as I saw your comment to make sure Wi-Fi is turned on on my phone, I knew what the problem was! Some time ago, I turned Wi-Fi off because my phone has unlimited data and my Internet access has limited bandwidth. Of course the calendar events updated immediately when I forced a sync. I should have known better – sometimes you just cannot see the forest for the trees – just another sign of old-age-syndrome. I guess I was mis-led by the status showing the last synced date and time as current – that must mean the date and time of the last ATTEMPT, not of the last success.
Thank you for your very gracious support and the great product.

GuestHi there. I’m having same problem Calendar is not syncing in either direction when diary items either added to phone or laptop. When I go to settings on my phone it won’t let me force a sync as it says “sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly”. Last calendar sync is times as 20 Nov 22:18 eg not bang up to date.
ModeratorHello John,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please try this:
Close AkrutoSync and close your Outlook then reboot your computer and your phone.
After the restart, make sure that both of your computer and phone are connected to the same network.
Open your Outlook first and wait for 5 minutes before forcing a sync on your phone. Check if it will make any difference.
If the instruction above didn’t work, please take a screenshot of AkrutoSync window and send it via email to support@akruto.com for further troubleshooting.

GuestHi,
I have had exact same issue since last week, I have a Blackberry KEYOne BBB100-2. Never had any issues with sync all data either direction, phone to pc and pc to phone. My calendar on phone is not updating with new apointments and changes made to my Outlook calendar on pc are not being syncd.
I have tried forcing sync on both phone and via Akrutosync and not getting anywhere, any ideas? Thanks Gareth
Emil
GuestSame here, BlackBerry KeyOne, calendar sync status in Akruto shows as failed (contacts, tasks and notes seem fine)
