GuestNot recognized on a new installation of AkrutoSync, although it finds my profile. My documents location has been moved from C: to D: so my outlook path is D:\LadyEve\Documents\Outlook Files. Can’t see any place to change the location.
Thanks.ModeratorHi Eve,
Thank you for choosing AkrutoSync,
If you have the Windows Store version of Outlook 2016, you will need an update from AkrutoSync. Otherwise, please contact akruto sypport by sending an email to support@akruto.com. We will ask for a log file from you, which will help us understand why we can’t see Outlook folders.

GuestHi Brian, and thanks for a very prompt reply.
I’m not sure whether my Outlook is a MS Store version…it came on my new pc and was validated thru a microsoft account. It should be noted, however, that I normally do not log into my Microsoft account.
Should I send the log file to the support email?
Thanks again,
EveModeratorHi Eve,
Could you please email the following to support@akruto.com
Please open the log file of AkrutoSync on your computer. To get to the log file, click the “Open Data Directory” link in AkrutoSync. In the window that opens, find the file akruto.log (sometimes shown as just “Akruto”). Open using Notepad.Once you open the Akruto log file, scroll all the way down and look for the following:
check-outlook-versions: Enumerating installed Outlook versions
AND
check-outlook-versions: Finished enumerating installed Outlook versionsCopy the lines in-between the 2 lines mentioned above and paste them as part of your reply via email on this same thread.
Regards,
Alfredo Delola
