    Hi,
please can you help, I’ve been using iTunes unsuccessfully for too long, found your product and downloaded it, am in mid installation, SELECT WHAT TO SYNC says it’s using Outlook but CALENDAR has a choice of NONE or CALENDAR IN ARCHIVE FOLDERS, neither of which are right.
How can I point it at Outlook.pst which is in C:\Users\phils_000\Documents\Outlook Files?
I expected to see about 50,000 calendar entries, 5000 contacts, a few notes and a few tasks
    I’m on Windows10 and Outlook 2013

    Hi Phil,

When AkrutoSync is installed and configured, it will detect all of the data files present on your hard drive. Since it did not detect the path C:\Users\phils_000\Documents\Outlook Files – we suggest that you contact us directly via email at support@akruto.com

I notice that all the support solutions are ’email us and we’ll help you’. Why don’t you publish the solutions instead? After all, this is a support forum, no?

    Hello all,

I have the same issue with my AkrutoSync. Until now no positive feedback from support, I guess they are still searching a solution. I am using latest version of AkrutoSync with Outlook / Office Professional Plus 2016.

Maybe somebody in the forum can help?

    Thank You and best regards,
    Dirk

    Hi,

    I have a similar issue.
I just installed the trial version and tried to sync my iphone 7 with my outlook 2010 data.

The process is stuck on the “Select what to sync” page (whether I select
tsync through wifi or the internet): the Select calendar, task folder, note
folder, … boxes have been showing “Loading” for hours.

I don’t know how Akrutosync detects the path to the .pst file to sync with. Mine is only 23Mo and should be detected right away.
So far I cannot select the local .pst file by myself and I have not received positive feedback from support yet.

Someone from the forum may help ?

    Thanks

    Olivier

I’m experiencing the same indefinite “loading” issue and can’t get past that screen. I have a Windows 10 64-bit machine. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

I contacted the support which was very responsive.
    They ask me :
to OPEN Outlook, and then restart AkrutoSync, and then click “Select What to Sync”.
to CLOSE Outlook, and then restart AkrutoSync, and then click “Select What to Sync”.

    Then it works now.
    Hope it helps

First, I notice that all the support solutions are ’email us and we’ll help you’. But you don’t publish the solutions, so it does little to no help to the rest of us, other than letting us know we are not the only one to have the issue. After all, this is a support forum, right?

I have this same issue. I use Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 Outlook on a Windows 10 64 bit system.

I had done the OPEN Outlook, and then restart AkrutoSync, and then click “Select What to Sync”. And then CLOSE Outlook, and then restart AkrutoSync, and then click “Select What to Sync”. Then sometime later it loses it again so I have to do it all again. Sometimes even having to shut down Outlook for it to find what to sync.

    Hi Doug,

Please run SCANPST. Please try to run it to repair any PST file corruptions you may have. You must run SCANPST multiple times until no error in the PST is detected. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287497

Once SCANPST detects no more errors, please run a repair your Microsoft Office installation and then try to open AkrutoSync again. To repair the installation, open Control panel and navigate to Uninstall a program. Then find Office, right click it and choose to Repair. https://support.office.com/article/HA010382089

I have been having the same problem, every since doing an Akruto upgrade.
There have been many emails between myself and Akruto trying to sort it, often suggesting to try doing something that I have already tried at their suggestion.

They tried saying it was my data file size,( which I have since reduced without any luck). Note again that this problem started after an Akruto upgrade: everything was fine up to that point.

Now they are ignoring my emails, probably hoping I will go away.

Has anyone else had this happen since the last upgrade?

I have had issues for years becasue i tried to use Task& Notes. Eventually I discovered that I didn’t need T&N but could use Gmail Task which is built into the Gmail app. This allowed me to identify that tasks where synced even when only viewed which is wrong. I asked Akruto for technical details of a the task data which triggers a sync, and guess what? Yes, no reply.

One of the defining features of Akruto support is NO ANSWER…
