GuestHas anybody ever gotten some decent support from this company?
I reported several issues so far and the result is always that they endlessly request screenshots from connection settings and what not, typically stuff that has nothing to do with the issue at hand.At some point the ping-pong ends, either because the customer gives up exhausted or they stop – even if one has delivered everything they they asked for.
There are several issues that would require fixing, but I start loosing hope we will ever see an improvement. Time top start looking for a replacement! 🙁

GuestYes. Absolutely. I have had a number of email support questions and the responses have always come back within a few hours – and they were always helpful.
On the other hand, every time I’ve attempted the Live Chat option it’s been unavailable.
