I recently uninstalled my 32-bit version of outlook and reinstalled a 64-bit version. Akruto now tells me I need to install a 64-bit version of AkrutoSync.

    How do I do that?

    Hi Vince,

Please download and install the latest version of AkrutoSync here: https://www.akruto.com/files/download/

This installer have both 32 bit and 64 bit version of AkrutoSync. The version that will be installed will be based from the bitness of your Outlook.

Simply run the installer and finish the process. You don’t need to uninstall the current version installed on your computer. Reboot your computer and phone after and make sure that both are connected to the same network/router.

    I hope this helps.

    Hello Paul,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please send us a screenshot of AkrutoSync window for checking to support@akruto.com. Also, please click “Select what to Sync” and under Calendar, check if you have selected the correct Calendar folder to sync.

Lastly, please let us know the make and model of your phone. If you are using an Android phone, please let us know if you used “Exchange” or “Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync” for creating the Exchange account.
