I have Lumia 620 and Galaxy tab on Android Marshmallow. Can I sync calendars between these devices through Outlook with AkrtoSync?

Yes! You can do that using AkrutoSync. You just need to install the AkrutoSync program on your computer that has an Outlook program. Then add your Lumia 620 and Galaxy Tab. Every time you add, edit or delete any calendar, contact, task and note items on any of those devices, the AkrutoSync will sync it to the rest of the devices.
