GuestI cannot figure out why calendar items are not synchronizing with my Huawei P20 Mate Pro. If I create an item in Microsoft Outlook 365, it does not synchronize. If I create an item in my phone, it will synchronize. However, if I modify that same item in Outlook 365, it no longer synchronizes with the phone.
ModeratorHello Russ,
On your phone, go to “Settings”, then “accounts”, then “Microsoft Exchange” or “Exchange”. Tap the account you created for AkrutoSync. Tap on the 3 vertical dots- > Touch “sync now”.
Does it show “Last Sync (Date/Time)” or does it show you “Sync is experiencing a problem”?
After forcing a sync, please check if the status for calendar in AkrutoSync window changes from “None” to “In progress” and “Success”. If this is the case, check if the added or modified data from Outlook is synced to your phone.
If it still doesn’t sync, please take a screenshot of AkrutoSync main window from your computer and send it via email to support@akruto.com for further troubleshooting.

GuestI am experiencing the same problem with Akruto Sync and my Huawei Mate 20 pro. It only synchronizes TASKS, but not the Calendar or Contacts. Akruto always worked with my previous Samsung phones.
ModeratorHello R. Ileto,
On your phone, go to “Settings”, then “accounts”, then “Microsoft Exchange” or “Corporate”. Touch the account you created for AkrutoSync. Tap on the 3 vertical dots- > Touch “sync now”.
Does it show “Last Sync (Date/Time)” or does it show you “Sync is experiencing a problem”?
If possible, please send an email to support@akruto.com and provide us a screenshot of AkrutoSync window for further troubleshooting.

GuestHi Raphael,
I noted in your message that I could use “Microsoft Exchange” or “Corporate”, so I deleted the M Exchange account and set up another in Exchange “Corporate.” Now the problem with calendar syncing is gone.
Thanks,
R. ILETO
