Is this your phone: http://www.gsmarena.com/asus_zenfone_selfie_zd551kl-7261.php? If it is, it is compatible for AkrutoSync. The synced calendar entries from Outlook on your computer will sync to the pre-installed/native calendar app of your Asus Android phone not the Outlook mobile app version.
You can switch to a different phone anytime be it Android, Windows phones, or an iPhone. However, reconfiguration of AkrutoSync is needed when changing phones.
