I have set up Akruto to sync Outlook 365 (Windows 7) with an Android phone and an Android tablet. For a while, a change made on any one of the three devices would propagate to the other two. But now the syncing only works between Outlook and the tablet. What do I do to get all three devices syncing properly?November 30, 2018 at 11:38 amModerator

May I know the type of sync you were able to setup with Akruto? Is it Sync over home network or Sync over the internet? Please let us know the make and model of your phone

I’m syncing Contacts and Calendar. The phone is a Galaxy S6, connected to a Windows 7 desktop through the house WiFi network. When I try to sync the phone, the message at the bottom of the screen is “Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly.”
The Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync account on the phone is MPhone@192.168.1.144.
The Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync account on the tablet (which is syncing just fine) is MTablet@192.168.1.144.
These were both set up following the Akruto instructions and prompts.
