Is it as simple as uninstalling on old PC and installing on new PC. What do I need to do to reactivate?
    Thanks.

    Hi Phil,

First, please make sure to transfer all your Outlook data, including contacts, calendar, tasks and notes to the new computer. If you need help let us know.

Then download and install the Free Trial of AkrutoSync on your new computer. Click “Configure AkrutoSync” and set up sync between your new computer and your phone. Once you see that everything works, delete the old Exchange account from your phone. Once you do this, your phone syncs with your new computer and only with your new computer.

Note on licensing. If you paid the one-time fee of $34.95 or $39.95 USD for that license, that is only good for the first computer that you originally installed AkrutoSync. A transferable license is the one for the PREMIUM (the $2.99 USD/month that can be paid per quarter or per year). Please refer to: https://www.akruto.com/get-akruto-sync/

    Hello

I have used Akrutosync for a few years now and it has worked reasonably well (sometimes have to force a sync) but last week it has stopped working. I have windows 10 pro on my main desktop computer as well as a HP laptop and a MS Surface Pro and a Samsumg S8+ phone. Last week it stopped syncing and my very accomplished IT man can’t make it work. We have tried forced syncs from the laptops and phone to no avail. No new software or hardware has been added or changed in the recent past.

Thank you for being a long-time AkrutoSync user and thank you for reaching out. This problem is caused by the latest Windows 10 update. We are releasing an update to AkrutoSync today, so that it works again. Please hold on for a few more hours.

My old pst file became corrupt. It slowed my old computer. I now have a new computer. I am unable to retrieve it.
My calendar, notes, contacts, tasks are still on my android phone.

Can I transfer all data on my phone to the new computer?

    Hi Kevin

May we know if what’s the exact make and model of your phone?

You can export the Contacts and Calendar saved under the AkrutoSync Exchange account on your phone.

For calendar, you can use iCal Import/Export CalDAV
    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tk.drlue.icalimportexport&hl=en
    OR
    ICS Importer
    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jitdesign.icsimport&hl=en

Then follow this to import that data to your outlook : https://www.akruto.com/backup-phone-contacts-calendar/import-ical-ics-calendar-into-outlook-2013

For your contacts : You can use 123 Contact Backup
    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=akruto.backup&hl=en

Then follow this to import the contacts on your Outlook : https://www.akruto.com/backup-phone-contacts-calendar/import-csv-contacts-to-outlook-2013
